As part of BHC’s ongoing on-call planning services for the Town of South Cle Elum, our team assisted with Comprehensive Plan and Municipal Code amendments to lift a moratorium on development in a new Community Gateway zone. Our team worked closely with the Town staff, Planning Commission, and Town Council to draft targeted code updates to balance community goals with state requirements, enabling development opportunities while maintaining the Town’s long-term vision.
