BHC was part of a consultant team tasked with updating Napavine’s Comprehensive Plan as part of the 2025 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update. We completed a policy gaps analysis to identify necessary policy updates to ensure compliance with updated state legislation since the previous update was completed in 2017. We drafted the new Climate Resilience Element and accompanying Climate Vulnerability Assessment, updated technical appendices, and conducted a Racially Disparate Impacts Assessment. We also provided policy updates for the Land Use, Housing, and Economic Development appendices, and update the city’s land use and critical areas maps.
