BHC collaborated with Sitka’s planning staff to provide interim on-site planning and permitting services. Our team staffed the permit center, reviewed development proposals for compliance with City code and the Comprehensive Plan, and prepared staff reports to support decision making. We also facilitated meetings for the Planning Commission and Historic Preservation Commission, ensuring that projects advanced smoothly through the review process while maintaining consistency with adopted plans and community priorities.
