Bio: Sam is a staff engineer who prioritizes lasting relationships and value engineering to provide clients with cost effective solutions that meet or exceed design requirements. He has worked as an engineer in both the private and public sectors with project experience in stormwater, water, wastewater, solid waste, planning and permitting. As a Bellingham native, Sam finds pleasure in serving clients in and around the community he grew up in. When out of the office, Sam enjoys playing tennis and golf, snowboarding, dirt biking, and camping in the beautiful PNW.
