Bio: Rachel is a planner specializing in climate and resilience planning. She has played a key role in shaping BHC’s climate planning practice, guided by a strong commitment to helping cities transition toward inclusive, climate-resilient futures. Rachel has also contributed to a wide range of comprehensive plans and development regulation updates, policy development, GIS mapping, and environmental review. Previously, Rachel worked in environmental planning and management for the City of San Francisco and the National Parks Services in California. Outside of work, Rachel runs a small handmade jewelry business, enjoys bullet journaling and cooking, and, as a trueborn and raised San Franciscan, enjoys watching the SF Giants.
