Bio: Chris leads the planning, scheduling, and development of scopes of service for water and sewer projects, as well as quality assurance/control, design work, contract writing/coordination, construction administration/coordination, technical guidance and assistance to verify design goals are met and applicable codes and requirements are adhered to. He is also a liaison between regulatory agencies and owners. As a project manager for capital projects in special purpose districts and developer extensions, he leads the design of sewer and water systems from the pre-design stage to construction close-out. Chris also works with project managers and other engineers and technical staff in planning, designing, construction administration, research and analysis, comprehensive planning, construction and site observation, client, subconsultant, and general public coordination and communication, as well as client/owner representation. Chris is the District Engineer for Soos Creek Water and Sewer District.
