From preliminary planning through construction management, BHC was selected to evaluate and design a fifty percent capacity expansion of the City of Everson Wastewater Treatment Plant. Continual coordination was key as the facility services two cities, Everson and Nooksack. The upgrades to the WWTP included a new operations facility, biological process, and sludge handling. Additionally, nearly all mechanical and electrical systems were replaced. BHC also prepared applications for State Revolving Fund and Public Works Trust Fund.
