Bio:
Roger has engaged in land use, environmental, and transportation planning assignments in Washington, Alaska, Oregon, and other states for the past 50 years. He was involved in some of the first environmental reviews under NEPA and SEPA following Earth Day in 1969. He has also been active in Shoreline Master Program planning and Growth Management planning for Washington cities, towns and counties since 1990. His urban design experience includes development plans, urban center plans, and project master plans. His current planning experience includes the design of review systems and procedures and related project reviews and approvals. Roger and Kay have lived in Seattle since 1966, raised two children and are very happy to have two grandchildren.
