Roger Wagoner, AIA, FAICP
Roger Wagoner is a certified planner with over 40 years experience in planning, environmental analysis, and community development with work provided throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. He is recognized for his expertise in land use planning and growth management plans, environmental and housing analyses, urban design plans, capital development programs, and community facilitation. He excels in team building and project team management and has developed planners’ training curriculum for state agencies.
Talia Tittelfitz, AICP
Talia Tittelfitz, a certified planner with nearly 10 years of experience, has a wide range of experience satisfying the planning needs of rural and urban communities. She has worked with both cities and counties in Washington State to provide updates to comprehensive plans, subarea plans, parks plans and development codes. She has conducted community outreach and has experience working with advisory committees and facilitating public meetings. Talia also combines her GIS skills and knowledge of regional and national datasets to assist in population forecasts and demographic studies for local utility districts.
Barbara Kincaid, AICP
Barbara Kincaid is a certified planner with 12 years of experience in municipal and tribal government. She is skilled at managing and coordinating a broad range of advanced planning services including land use and infrastructure planning, community development, growth management, comprehensive planning, and code development. Her past work includes updating comprehensive plans for cities and counties, developing subarea plans, open space and natural resource plans, conducting community outreach, environmental review, and site plan review. Barbara is an excellent facilitator who enjoys working with individuals, communities, and organizations to achieve common goals.
